Dr Kike Ladipo
Dr Kike Ladipo is an education researcher and quality assurance specialist whose experience spans research, institutional governance, educational policy, and quality assurance across the UK and Africa. She is also co-lead of the Mirror Team within the Wellcome I-REACCH Project at the University of Leicester. Her research uses innovative qualitative methods to engage educational stakeholders and examine their role in advancing systemic reform and institutional change to improve educational quality.
Dr Gez Williams
Dr Gez Williams is a cardiovascular researcher and Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Leicester, working at the intersection of proteomics, metabolomics and mass spectrometry to discover and validate biomarkers for patient risk and personalised treatment. Her research focuses on women’s cardiovascular health, exploring how biological sex shapes drug exposure, treatment response and outcomes, with the aim of translating laboratory findings into meaningful improvements for patients.
